1.   Participated in UGC sponsored National Seminar on 15th/16th Dec’2006 at Lakhimpur Girls College, organized by the Deptt. of English, Lakhimpur Girls College, Lakhimpur on “Contemporary Writing in English from the North East” and  presented a paper entitled “Concept of cultural Identity:  Continuity, Change and Compromise in Mamang Dai’s The legends of Pensam

2.         Presented a paper on  “A brief History of the Karbies: The Making of Myths & Sages” in an International Seminar organized by Tai Literary and cultural Council, Dhemaji, Assam on “Tai Tribals and Ethnics of North East, South Asia and Southern China and Yunan “ on 21st Mar’2007.
